クレソンのスープ：タマネギは薄切りにしてバターでしんなりするまで炒める
クレソンは太い軸を除いて残りを粗くちぎり、タマネギにに加えて軽く炒める、
チキンブイヨンを加えて少し煮める．
荒熱を取り、ミキサーにかけて漉し、鍋に戻す．
バターを加えて温め、塩・コショウで味を調える．
